Divorce Solicitors

We have extensive experience in representing both husbands and wives throughout the divorce process. We are instructed in cases both throughout the Midlands and further afield. We are independently recognised by both Legal 500 and Chambers as experts in our field.

Children’s Issues

Our experienced team of Family Law solicitors offer legal services in all aspects of Family and Child Law. However we are not able to offer Legal Aid.

Financial Settlements

We have considerable experience in dealing with the complex financial issues that arise upon the breakdown of a relationship.

Collaborative Family Law

We believe in resolving family law disputes by agreement providing that the clients’ interests are protected fully and providing that the agreement is a fair one.

International Family Law

A number of our past and present cases have involved foreign jurisdiction both within Europe and further afield. We have built up a trusted network of foreign colleagues to assist us in representing our clients in these jurisdictions.

Given their recent widespread publicity, we are increasingly instructed to assist clients in negotiating and drafting Prenuptial Agreements.

We both draft up Cohabitation Agreements and act for separating cohabitees in relation to both personal and children issues.

Pet-nuptial Agreements

Entering into a written agreement recording ownership of your pets will help to avoid the heartache of a dispute should you separate from your partner in the future. We have created a bespoke ‘Pet-Nup’ agreement to assist with this. We understand that every pet owner’s circumstances will be different and the document will need to be tailored to ensure that it fits our client’s purposes.
