    What Is A Cohabitation Agreement?

    In Case Of Relationship Breakdown

A Cohabitation Agreement is an agreement which confirms that the parties are cohabiting (or about to cohabit).

That can set out what should happen in the event of the breakdown of that relationship.

Importantly, if there are children from that relationship, provision needs to be made for them as well within the terms of the agreement.
