John Hooper & Co are proud to support White Ribbon Day this Saturday 25th November 2023.
White Ribbon is the UK’s leading charity for ending violence against women and girls.
This year the campaign is changing the narrative and using the hashtag ‘#ChangeTheStory’.
The message is clear that as a society we need to take more action to end violence against women and girls.
Violence can take place in many forms from online harassment, physical abuse, catcalling and much more. Often these issues are dismissed as ‘small’, ‘low-level’ or ‘jokes’.
Statistically only 5% of young women feel safe in Britain.
Collectively, we are passionate about making a difference and helping to change the narrative so that women and girls can feel safe.
John Hooper & Co are committed to making a change and as a firm we pledge to never; commit, condone or remain silent about violence against women.
Together we can begin to make that change.
