Tim qualified as a solicitor in 1975 in Mansfield.

He then practiced in Trowbridge in Wiltshire and after five years, became a partner. Tim took charge of the firm’s Criminal and Family Law Departments which grew rapidly to cover four offices around Wiltshire and Somerset.

Tim returned to the East Midlands in 1995, and joined the firm in January 2005. Tim has undertaken all aspects of family law work in a career spanning 30 years, with particular emphasis on high value financial disputes involving both married and cohabiting couples. He is an Accredited Family Law Specialist and a member of Resolution (formerly SFLA, the Solicitors Family Law Association).

Tim features in the latest editions of Legal 500 and Chambers, both being respected publications of recommended Specialist Lawyers.
